“Nur minus”, our Schulbanker project

The day our Economics teacher Mr. Schumann introduced us to the Schulbanker project offered by the Bundesverband Deutscher Banken, we were all very excited.

Getting to experience banking and decision-making in a bank was a valuable experience for leadership and teambuilding, as well as furthering real-world knowledge of day-to-day activities. Our not seriously intended Project Schulbanker name, "Nur Minus", which translates to "only generating negative outcome" stands in contrast with our success story.

Thanks to our strategy, which on the one hand focuses on advancing and increasing online banking and on the other hand on a cost-efficient approach, we are the best option for private customers in our market at the moment. We believe that our online banking policy lets our clients place high trust in us and live the most comfortable experience. We also believe that Schulbanker is a very useful and smart project for students to work on because it embraces team building and widens our knowledge. Our team has been very busy working to provide the best possible experience for our clients.

The opportunity to compete in Berlin would be huge for our school. It would reward the hard work and effort that we, Marc Aznar Fill, Leonardo Berni, Tancredi Lamandini, Eduard Fitel and I, Alessandro Spence, have put into this project. "Nur Minus" is successful because our team strives to innovate in the financially most sustainable way and to provide a smooth experience for our clients.

As said before, the project encourages teamwork among participants and helps young people in our school and around Europe to become better decision-makers and to increase their general knowledge of Accounting and Finance.

Please keep your fingers crossed that we will win our market and the ticket to Berlin.
